How to Configure Netscape for Big Bear Net:

The first time you run Netscape, select Options | Preferences and choose Mail and News Preferences from the list. Set the following parameters: 
     Mail (SMTP) server:     
     Your Name:              The name you want to appear.
     Your Email:             username
     Your Organization:      optional
     Signature File:         Any file you would like to use as a signature.
     Send and Post:          Mime Compliant (Quoted Printable)
     News (NNTP) Server:     news.
     News RC directory:      usually the \NETSCAPE directory
     Show:                   100 (the default)
Other versions of Netscape may also require the following setting:
     Mail POP Server:               
     POP User Name:                 username
