The Fire Department purchased the water tender from the military for $1.00. This vehicle was then refurbished by department personnel.

This water tender is a military vehicle manufactured by "Kaiser". It is an all wheel (10) drive vehicle with an engine that will run on any flammable liquid with an octane up to 100.
