Cabin #2 - A large two bedroom/two bathroom cabin with full size bed in downstairs bedroom; two single beds and a trundle that into a king in the upstairs bedroom; living room with fireplace, queen size sofa sleeper and love seat, 2 TVs and a VCR; one bath with stall shower, the other with a tub/shower combo; full kitchen including microwave and coffee maker; this cabin will sleep 8 people. 770 sq. ft. Cabin #8 - A private cabin across the street from the lodge. Master bedroom has a queen bed, stall shower in bathroom; two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double and single bed; the other with 2 doubles and 2 singles; A large living room with fireplace, color TV, VCR and two sofas; full kitchen with microwave; laundry room with washer and dryer; sun deck in front of house, picnic/patio area in rear. A second bath has a tub/shower combo. This house sleeps 8 adults. It requires a $250 security deposit. There is parking for 3 cars. Cabin #9 - A charming cabin overlooking Bear Mountain Ski Resort. One bedroom with queen size bed, living room with queen size sofa sleeper, wood burning stove, color TV and VCR, dining area and full kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. A wrap around deck with patio furniture makes for a nice view of Bear Mtn. Ski Resort. This cabin has 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combo and will sleep 2 adults. It requires a $150 security deposit. Cabin #10 - A large private home with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. One bedroom with king bed, a second with a king bed, third with a queen and 2 singles. A large family room with fireplace, color TV and VCR, formal living room with queen size sleeper, formal dining room and also a breakfast bar. A spacious, full kitchen with microwave coffee maker and dishwasher. Fully fenced backyard, upstairs balcony off of master bedroom. This home will sleep 10 people and is a NON-SMOKING HOME. It requires a $275 security deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS HOME. There is parking for 3 cars. 2400 sq.ft. Cabin#12 - A large three bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath private home that sleeps 10 people. Walking distance to swim beach and Medow Park. About 3/4 mile east of the village, 1/2 mile to Snow Summit and 2 and 1/2 miles to Big Bear Mtn. Ski Resorts. Master bedroom with a king and a single bed and full bath. Second bedroom with a king bed. Third bedroom with 4 singles and a queen sofa sleeper. Full bath in hallway. Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker.living to dining room with large brick fireplace, TV and VCR, half bath in hallway. This cabin is a NON-SMOKING/NO PETS ALLOWED home. $275 security deposit required. It is 2200 sq. ft. with parking for 4 cars. Cabin #18 - A cozy cabin just west of the Village shopping area, moments to the lake and both ski areas. Two bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 baths. Master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with queen bed. Lovely new furnishings and decor in the "wild duck motif" make this a charming romantic place to stay. This cabin has a TV and VCR, fireplace, and full kitchen. Outdoor hot tub on the front deck, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. This cabin sleeps 4 people and is a NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED CABIN. Cabin #20 - A log style private home behind the lodge just 5 blocks from Snow Summit Ski Resort and to the lake. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs bedroom has a double bed, a set of single bunk beds, and a trundle bed that can bed into a king. Living room with fireplace, color TV and VCR. Full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and laundry room. Fully fenced yard with outdoor SPA. This cabin sleeps 5 adults and is a NON-SMOKING / NO PETS ALLOWED UNIT. Cabin #21 - A nice 2 bedroom, 1-1/4 bath private cabin less that 2 blocks from Snow Summit Ski Resort. Walk to snow skiing, boarding, and mountain biking. Sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom has two sets of double bunk beds, double below and single above. One full bath upstairs. Living room with fireplace, T.V., and VCR. Full kitchen with microwave, coffeemaker, oven, stove, and refrigerator. Large outside deck. This cabin is a NON-SMOKING/NO PETS ALLOWED HOME and requires a $175 security deposit. RESERVATION INFORMATION:

Payment of first night rental charge plus tax required to confirm reservation.
Payments are due at time of reservation. Payments will be forfeited on cancellations made after the cancellation period- 30 days prior to arrival during holiday periods, and 14 days prior to arrival during other times. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

SECURITY DEPOSITS:

The security deposit charged is for any damage repair, losses, cleaning necessary after guest check out. The
guest is expected to leave the rental in reasonably the same condition as when the guest checked in. Rules are
posted in the rental and are expected to be followed. Security deposits are due at time of arrival. If authorized
on a credit card, it will expire in ten days. If paid by cash, refund will be made by check within ten days.
