A nice two story "A" frame cabin in the woods. It is located above the village area. It has a great view of the surrounding forest, with the lake in the background. Downstairs features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, one bath, color TV w/VCR, and table for five. It will accommodate up to 8 people. Upstairs is a loft with two single beds, TV, and pull out sofa bed. Parking is for two cars, approximately 1164 sq. ft.

We consider this a great "theme" cabin. It's name is "Mt. Hale - the Woodsman's Cabin". Like something straight out of the pages of "House Beautiful", this cabin is pure class. From the designer furniture, to the mood lighting in every room, to the spotlessly clean chef's kitchen, you will know you are staying in a very special and unique Big Bear Cabin. A perfect mix of rustic and modern, the decorators have retained the woodsy feel of a mountain cabin, yet provided all of the conveniences you would expect for a cabin in this price range. It features two bedrooms, one in a half baths, TV w/VCR, entertainment center, laundry facilities, wood burning fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen. Although this Cabin will sleep up to 6 people, it is a very romantic get-a-way for two.

A rustic, woodsy cabin with lots of wood paneling and T & G pine. Used brick fireplace with a ceramic Christmas scene on the mantel. Features a large redwood deck in the backyard under a beautiful oak tree, and a jacuzzi for 4 persons. Also has new carpeting. This cabin has two bedrooms, one bath and can accommodate up to 6 people. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two singles, and the living room has a pull out queen sofa bed. It features a 27" color TV w/VCR, & Satellite Dish (64 channels), stereo cassette player, and BBQ. This cabin is within walking distance to village and the lake. Approximately 1000 sq. ft.

Two story condo located 100 yards from Snow Summit. Recently remodeled, this unit features a tile and butcher block kitchen, jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom, wood burning fireplace, and first class furnishings. Two bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a trundle bed in the other. Sleeps up to 4 persons comfortably.

Older economy cabin with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, color TV/VCR, fireplace and phone. Approximately 960 sq. ft. Two queen beds and one sofa sleeper. Can accommodate 6 people and small pet OK.

A very nice "chalet" unit with Swiss/Alpine Decor. Very nicely furnished with used brick fireplace, complete kitchen, washer/dryer, color TV, VCR and small CD player. Downstairs bedroom had queen bed; loft has double bed, and twin daybed; also has a sleeper sofa.

Older 2 bedroom, one bath cabin but very nicely furnished. Includes full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, VCR and phone. approximately 920 sq. ft Has no fireplace, but great cabin in well wooded area, halfway between village and Snow Summit.

Up to $300 refundable deposit required for these private homes. Sheets and linens are provided daily, maid service is not provided. On multiple night stays, daily snow removal will be charged to the guest after the initial snow removal.
