2. Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to abide by these Terms of Use. SUBMISSIONS POLICY
4. Although we welcome your comments regarding our movies and the Web sites, Paramount Pictures does not accept unsolicited submissions for its movies, shows, sites and other products. Therefore, please do not make any such submissions to Paramount through this site or otherwise including story ideas, character ideas, plot suggestions, set or costume designs, or scripts. Paramount will not review any such submissions. While we appreciate your comments, Paramount cannot make a guarantee that it will respond to your messages.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you do send us a submission, you agree not to assert any ownership right of any kind in the submission (including, but not limited to copyright, trademark, unfair competition, moral rights, or implied contract) and you waive the right to receive any financial or other consideration in connection with such unsolicited submission including, but not limited to, credit.

RULES FOR BULLETIN BOARDS AND CHATROOMS AND OTHER FORUMS
7. Paramount is not responsible for any material posted on the Bulletin Boards, Chat Rooms, or other forums conducted on this site ("Forums"). You shall not upload, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish through such Forums any content which:

Paramount makes no representations that materials in this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. No software from this site may be downloaded, exported or reexported into (or to a national or resident of) any countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions.

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such State. 5555 Communications collects personally identifying information during interactive adventure, contest or sweepstakes registration. In addition information is collected in certain portions of Web sites in which visitors specifically and knowingly provide such information along with content submissions, community postings (i.e. chat or bulleting boards), suggestions, or voting. 5555 Communications may use such information for editorial and feedback purposes (to the extent explained when visitors provide the information). In the event 5555 Communications plans to post any such information on a Web site, visitors are provided prior notification of such posting. Unless otherwise disclosed during collection, 5555 Communications does not provide any personally identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.
5555 Communications utilizes a "cookie" on some Web sites. Policies for individuals 18 and Under:
No information should be submitted or posted by children 18 years of age or under without their parent's or guardian's consent. Although children are allowed to participate in interactive adventures and contests, children ages 18 and under must get their parent's or guardian's permission before entering any sweepstakes or contest. No information collected from children 18 years of age or under is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside 5555 Communications.
Policies for individuals Over 18 Years of Age:
With permission of an individual who is over 18 years of age, information submitted at the time of registration or submission may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Paramount Pictures and may be shared with companies that have been pre-screened by Paramount Pictures. If an individual objects to such use for any reason, he/she may stop that use by email request.
5555 Communications reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this policy at any time so visitors are encouraged to review this policy from time to time.
