RENTAL POLICIES
Deposit
and Final Payment Policy:
Reservations
made prior to 14 days before arrival, a deposit of 50% of the total amount
is required by mailing a money order or cashier's check. Tenative phone reservations
must be confirmed within 3 days by mailing a money order or cashier's check
(we can hold your reservation by credit card until your money order arrives).
The balance of the rent is due 14 days prior to your arrival (Holidays excluded).
MONEY ORDERS, CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ARE TAKEN FOR ADVANCED RESERVATIONS.
Reservations made within 14 days prior to arrival a 50% deposit is required.
ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS.
PET
POLICY: A $100 deposit and $10 per day charge for guests with pets.
Prior approval must be made before arrival. Do not assume all pets will be welcome.
CANCELLATIONS:
There
will be a $30 service charge on all cancellations.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS
MADE LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.
Deposit:
A
$50 cash deposit is required on all cabins.
A $100 cash deposit is required on all vacation rentals.
Check-In:
3:00 p.m.
Check-Out:
11:00 a.m.
Additional charge of $10 per hour up to 2:00 p.m.;
1/2 day charge from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; after 6:00 p.m. full day charge.
